Ellie was more than my sister — she was my confidante, my partner in mischief, and my lifelong friend. We shared a bedroom for eighteen years, and I swear we never ran out of things to whisper about in the dark. She could make me laugh harder than anyone. Even in her final days, she found a way to make the nurses smile. That was Eleanor — always giving light, even when hers was dimming.
